Hi, I’m Tahamina, the voice behind BLISS.
I launched this blog out of a deep passion for health and wellness, and to share my journey toward a healthier, more balanced life.
My path hasn’t been easy, especially with the complications that came from living with PCOS.
For a long time, I struggled with symptoms I didn’t fully understand and advice that felt overwhelming or unrealistic.
But slowly, through in-depth research and consistent changes in my habits, I began to understand my symptoms and feel more in control of my health.
Those moments of clarity empowered me to take better care of myself. That’s what BLISS is all about: sharing what I’ve learned, what I’m still discovering.
This blog is my way of learning, sharing, and growing with you.

A Little More About Me

I live in London and completed my master’s here. I come from a science background.

Currently, I work as a freelance content writer specialising in health and wellness, and, of course, I also run this blog.

I’m married to this lovely guy in this image. He’s not only my biggest support, but he is also a key contributor to this blog.

Besides writing, I love taking care of my plants (I have a lot!), cooking delicious food and going for long walks.

I also enjoy travelling, beaches are my happy place.

I have a habit of researching almost anything—whenever a question pops into my head, I dig down until I find the answer.
